I decided early on that I was not going to be that agent.
For more than 10 years, I have been personally coached by one of the largest real estate training companies in the world. That means four one on one sessions every single month focused on four core areas:

I have trained one on one with Richard Duggal personally, mastering persuasion, psychology, and neurolinguistic programming. These are the same techniques taught by Dr. Richard Bandler, John Grinder, and influenced the work of
Tony Robbins, giving me the tools to position your home, or your offer, for the absolute best possible outcome.
What does that mean practically? It means I know how to position your home, or your offer, in a way that resonates with the other party at a deeper level. Not manipulation. Strategy. There is a big difference, and it produces better outcomes for my clients.
In today's market, exposure is everything.
A home that only hits the MLS is leaving money on the table. I am currently earning the equivalent of a master's degree in online marketing and social media strategy. That means when I list your home, it gets placed in front of buyers everywhere they are already spending their time, not just on a real estate search site, but across social platforms, paid digital campaigns, and targeted online channels.
More eyes on your home means more competition, and more competition means a better price for you.
Outside of real estate, I train with a top powerlifting coach two to three times per week. Not because I need a hobby, but because I genuinely believe that the way you do one thing is the way you do everything.
